Jeff Mills: Tomorrow Comes the Harvest
Jeff Mills: Tomorrow Comes the Harvest
- Part of
- Winter/Spring 2024 and
- Long Play
The Detroit techno pioneer Jeff Mills makes his BAM debut with a spell-binding, trance-inducing evening of thrumming sonic bliss and 808 transcendence. Launched in 2018 in collaboration with the late Afrobeat creator and Nigerian drummer Tony Allen, the ever-evolving Tomorrow Comes the Harvest features Mills alongside pianist Kathleen Supové, percussionist Sundiata, and flutist Rasheeda Ali in its latest iteration. Harnessing the rippling, relentless power of techno to elevate the soul, these artists transport, transmit, and tessellate to a higher consciousness.
